Goshu Kohsan (Vietnam) Co., Ltd. (headquarter in Hanoi, Vietnam, General Director: Hisato Takeda Ph.D. – Doctor of Engineer – Senior Engineer (Environmental Technology), hereinafter called “GKCV”) has received an order for the construction project of Quang Ngai water treatment plant in Quang Ngai Province, Middle of Vietnam, invested by Hoang Thinh Dat Corporation (headquarter in Hanoi, Vietnam, President: Mr. Hoang Van Duong, hereinafter called “HTD”(*1)
Quang Ngai Water treatment plant takes water from Tra Khuc river which flows through Quang Ngai city, applies treatment method of coagulation, sedimentation and rapid filtration, supplies water to 3 zones and Industrial Parks in Quang Ngai province with capacity of 50,000 m3 per day. A high efficient stainless steel inclined plate is used for coagulation sedimentation and a siphon type auto backwash is used for rapid sand filter to save energy and space in this project. The treatment system is also able to operate in case of high turbidity in the inlet river water during rainy season. Water quality after treatment meets QCVN 01-1: 2018 / BYT standards, especially with turbidity below 0.5 NTU always.
Since establishment in Vietnam in 2004, GKCV has designed & constructed more than 450 water treatment and wastewater treatment plants under the 2 bases system of Headquarter in Hanoi & Branch office in Ho Chi Minh City. In 2019, GKCV established a representative office in Danang City, changed to Danang Branch office in 2020 and became 3 bases company in Vietnam. Gaining this project is an opportunity to strengthen business activities in the central area and contribute to the improvement of water environment in Vietnam.
