Water Treatment EPC Services

As a full-service EPC contractor, GKCV manages the complete project lifecycle for water and environmental treatment facilities, from initial investigation and process evaluation to construction, commissioning and final handover.

Early-stage services include site surveys, technical consultation, water and wastewater testing, bench-scale or pilot-scale trials, conceptual design and preliminary feasibility assessment. Process flow diagrams, hydraulic profiles, plant layouts and CAPEX and OPEX estimates are developed to establish a practical and reliable project basis.

After contract award, the scope advances into detailed civil, mechanical and electrical design, equipment selection, vendor evaluation, procurement, fabrication, site construction and system installation. Commissioning and performance testing are then conducted to confirm that the completed facility meets the agreed design capacity and treated-water requirements.

The EPC portfolio covers both new facilities and the modification, renovation or capacity expansion of existing plants. Applications include potable water treatment, pure and ultrapure water treatment, industrial wastewater treatment, sewage and decentralized wastewater treatment, sludge treatment, and gas and odor control systems.
