Water Treatment Operation and Maintenance

Through experienced operators, systematic monitoring and preventive maintenance, GKCV supports the continuous and reliable operation of water and wastewater treatment systems.

Daily activities include plant-condition monitoring, water quality inspection, operation data recording, equipment checks and maintenance coordination. These routines allow abnormal conditions to be identified early and help maintain treated-water quality within the required standards.

When operational problems occur, the technical team investigates the root cause, evaluates the effect on the treatment process and implements suitable corrective actions. Troubleshooting is planned to restore performance while minimizing disruption to the customer’s production activities.

Preventive maintenance may include periodic inspections, membrane and filter-media cleaning, ion-exchange resin regeneration, consumable replacement, spare-parts supply and equipment repair. Operating conditions, chemical consumption and energy use are also reviewed to identify opportunities for optimization.

The service can be delivered as an integrated O&M package combining plant operation, monitoring and analysis, chemical management, reporting, consultation, preventive maintenance and emergency response. This one-stop approach allows clients to maintain dependable treatment performance while reducing unplanned downtime and lifecycle risk.
