REGARDING ESTABLISHMENT OF GOSHU KOHSAN (BANGLADESH) CO., LTD.

Goshu Kohsan (Vietnam) Co., Ltd. ; established a local subsidiary in Bangladesh. It will be located in the Bangladesh Special Economic Zone (BSEZ), which is being developed jointly by Sumitomo Corporation and the Bangladesh Economic Zone Authority (BEZA).

Currently, labor-intensive industries such as  garment are the mainstream in Bangladesh with utilizing low labor costs ,  the country is trying to attract cutting-edge industries and shift to capital-intensive industries. Under these circumstances, many special economic zones are being planned in Bangladesh, and it is expected that foreign companies, including Japanese companies, will  go into the country in the future.  The demands for highly processed pure water and ultrapure water will increase, and the needs for wastewater treatment is expected to increase consequently.

We, as a Bangladesh based company, will mainly provide water treatment & wastewater treatment plants, and environmental protection equipment with operation & maintenance services and chemical supply services to correspond to customers’ requirements going into the Bangladesh market.
