POSITION OVERVIEW

Research, test, and evaluate new products, processes, and technologies for industrial water and wastewater treatment before application in company projects.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Research, test, and evaluate new treatment products, processes, designs, and technologies.
  • Review technical documents, scientific papers, standards, and reference materials for new technologies and ongoing projects.
  • Plan, design, conduct, monitor, and evaluate laboratory and pilot-scale experiments involving physical, chemical, and biological treatment processes.
  • Perform water quality testing, jar tests, adsorption, coagulation, oxidation, and other treatment performance evaluations.
  • Operate and monitor biological wastewater treatment models and experimental systems.
  • Analyze and interpret experimental data, prepare technical reports, and recommend practical treatment solutions.
  • Research and propose technical measures to resolve operational issues in water and wastewater treatment systems.
  • Evaluate resource recovery, water reuse, by-product recycling, and greenhouse gas reduction technologies; report progress and meet assigned timelines.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Male or female candidates, aged 22–30, with good physical health.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome; experience in water and wastewater treatment, laboratory work, or research projects is an advantage.
  • Able to conduct laboratory and pilot-scale experiments and analyze technical data.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, teamwork, and communication skills.
  • Able to prepare technical reports and presentations; proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; able to read technical documents and communicate in English.
